Most items may be returned (see Return Restrictions and Return Reasons below) at your request for any reason. Items must be returned within 30 days of original date of receipt (see Packaging and Sending Returns below). Our returns department must be notified of all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior notification and authorization (see Returns without Prior Authorization Below).
iBuyOfficeSupply.com is committed to customer satisfaction. If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 48 hours of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly. Customers are welcome to request a return on applicable items within 48 hours of original date of receipt. Replacement products will be reordered at your request.

Request a Return Authorization Number
To request a return, email us at [email protected] or call us at (866) 568-0524 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Please include the following information in your email or have it available for your call:
• Order number
• Item(s) and quantity you’d like to return
• Return reason
• Condition of the item(s) (opened or unopened)
Packaging and Sending Returns
Once you have received your Return Authorization Number and a return address, please repackage the product in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.). Place the product in the shipping box and write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the product packaging, doing so may make the product ineligible for a return.
Send the product to the return address using your preferred shipping method. If possible, save your tracking number and track your return to make sure we receive it.
Once received by our Returns Department, iBuyOfficeSupply.com accepts full responsibility for all merchandise. We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. You may wish to insure valuable items, to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost or damaged in transit.
If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely.
Due to limited shelf life, safety concerns, and potential for fraudulent claims, we do not accept returns on the following items: assembled or installed furniture, calendars or dated appointment books, consumer electronics, and hygiene and consumable products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and pharmaceuticals). These products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.
In addition, some items sourced direct from the manufacturer cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to items sourced to HON (HON and Basyx). Other manufacturers require a restocking fee. This includes, but is not limited to items sourced to Acco, Balt, Eurotech, Fellowes, FireKing, GBC, Ghent/Waddell, HON, Martin Yale, Nightingale, Safco, Sentry, as well as other office furniture and office machine manufacturers.
If you ordered the item incorrectly or change your mind about an item, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, restockable item, less shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item was damaged in transit, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item and we will provide a call tag and arrange for free pickup and free return shipping of the item.
If your order is incomplete and missing items, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of product so we can investigate and if necessary reorder your items. Failure to contact us with 48 hours will void any returns or refunds.
Returns without Prior Authorization
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. In such cases the return may be refused and/or returned to you at your expense. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to any return.
Processing Refunds and Replacements
Your return will be processed once we receive and inspect the product. Replacements and refunds are normally processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be posted to your credit card or other payment method after processing your return. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive replacement merchandise.
Canceling an Order
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our distribution center is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment. If you place an order and need to cancel please be aware that it may have already shipped. Trucks cannot be recalled and orders, once on those trucks, will be delivered. We will try very hard to stop any shipment if we can because we believe in good customer service.
Any request to cancel an order must be made via email allowing us a written record of your request.
If your order has already shipped you will be responsible for all freight charges, or if you refuse shipment on UPS orders for the purposes of canceling an order you will not be credited back for the shipping charge.
Due to HON/Basyx items being made to order, you cannot attempt to cancel your order once it has been submitted even if it has not been shipped.
